AllSportsMarket Compliant Accountholder Settlement Legal Process – Initiating January 1, 2011 and Ending March 31, 2011

December 16, 2010 in public

Begin date: Saturday January 1, 2011 12:01 A.M. U.S. Eastern Time

End date: Thursday March 31, 2011 11:59 P.M. U.S. Eastern Time

Compliant former AllSportsMarket (ASM) trading account holders will be offered two (2) options for the final legal settlement of open balances:

  1. Exchange of common stock in Crystal World Holdings, Inc. (Washington, D.C.) for trader cash and sports derivative contract open balances. This excludes ASMA1 which was previously conveyed. My personal CWH common stock will be used and exchanged at a rate of $2.00 per share. This assumes the scheduled 40 to 1 split has already taken place (prior to issuing these shares) and a minimum listing price of $2.00 per common share. Sports derivatives will be valued at last tick at market shutdown. These common shares will be drawn from my personal holdings and a legal document will be executed to convey the transfer. A full release of liability and agreement to full settlement will be required by each ASM trader accepting the offer.
  2. A debt instrument will be executed describing the total sum of cash and sports derivatives (at last market tick) payable on the books of Crystal World Holdings, Inc. owing the total original balance plus interest at a rate of 6% per annum from market suspension until fully paid. A full release of liability and agreement to full settlement will be required by each trader accepting the offer.

No combination or other settlement mechanisms will be offered, entertained or agreed to. Any open accounts remaining from Friday April 1, 2011 12:01 A.M. U.S. Eastern Time forward will no longer be recognized by Crystal World Holdings, Inc. or any of its parents, successors, principals or affiliates. Both of these options assumes that CWH becomes an operating entity. In the case of option #2, it assumes that CWH has operating cash flows sufficient to service client debts. If CWH fails to succeed in bringing the SRI to market thereby reaching operating status, both of these settlement mechanisms will have no cash value.

Interested parties should join this social network (if not already a member) and contact me directly for instructions. Account information will be verified against our records and fulfillment instructions will be provided to valid holders. Time is of the essence.

  4. Chris,
    I will take option #1…thanks

  5. Hi Chris, waiting for your response to the above post before i decide, but was wondering if i had and ASMA1 along with my balance. Thanks

  6. If I take option #1 how long until the shares are released and we are able to sell our shares? If I take option #2, do I have to wait for a lump sum payment or is a it a monthly distribution of the debt? And when would either of these options come into effect? Chris, I understand you are busy and I appreciate you answering procrastinators such as myself.

    • #1 = No selling of the shares before a public market exists for the stock.
      #2 = Installments

No estimates of timelines on either. As soon as possible if not sooner. If it would have been up to me, we would have been trading in early 2009.. but the world economy imploded and set us back a bit…

If we don’t make it to market, all of this will be worthless.
.. I’m not going to let that happen..

  7. I would like to choose Option #2.

  17. Hi Chris. I have no idea how to contact you directly so I am doing this. I was a member at asm though not an active one. I did have some holdings (Dallas Mavs, KC Chiefs and Gonzaga Bulldogs if I remember correctly) but had not traded in awhile. I cannot remember my account info and could not find anywhere that I may have written it down. I am pretty sure I traded under bing7464 or some derivative thereof (possibly rg7464). You may contact me at this emali address: [email protected]

Thanks and have a great day!

  27. Hey Chris,

I guess I’ll take #2. Also what date did ASM close? I took a screenshot of my account on 1/26/2009 & the ASMA1 seems fine but the value of the shares seems not right unless the market went down big time & I just never followed it.

    Thanks,

    • This market report is the governing document. I’ve noted your choice of debt for the balance of $3,506.22. Thank you.
